Loss Control Services, Inc. provides quality loss control and risk engineering services to the insurance industry. Our Loss Control division offers a full array of property and casualty services to both standard and E&S markets. Our consultants will identify exposures to potential loss as well as provide recommendations to minimize losses. Services are provided for small, medium-sized, and large markets. Inspections/surveys include habitational risks (dwellings, apartment & condominium complexes), mercantile, restaurant, office, light manufacturing, warehouse, builder’s risk, vacant buildings, shopping centers, etc.
Risk Engineering services are conducted by highly qualified engineers (HPR) and include site surveys and inspections (including inland marine and marine), inspection and engineering reports, recommendation tracking, account engineering, program management, prospect telephone surveys (detailed or short COPE), loss estimate evaluations, business interruption analysis, water supply analysis, and impairment handling. Our services are fully customizable to fit the client’s specific needs.
