- Equipment: An up-to-date computer (PC or Mac with Windows Parallels), printer, a reliable internet connection, a smartphone, and dependable transportation.
- Experience: Skills in property, housing, and insurance inspections or similar fields.
- Professionalism: Integrity & the ability to meet effectively with policyholders and their employees.
