Role Overview
This position is for an independent contractor serving as a Personal Loss Control Field Inspector, offering the flexibility to include remote work. The role encompasses daily tasks associated with conducting loss control field inspections and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in loss control or risk assessment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Travel to properties for inspections
- Identify and photograph potential hazards
- Document on-site observations
- Complete underwriting reports promptly
- Communicate with policyholders/agents as needed
- Accurately measure property boundaries
Required Tools:
- PC, laptop, or tablet with Windows 10/11 (not in S mode) and 8GB RAM
- High-speed internet connection
- Familiarity with Loss Control platforms
- Android/iPhone or digital camera
- Reliable vehicle
- Measuring wheel
