Contractors must have knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6) and general liability.

These positions will be focused on 2 types of inspection work:

  • Exterior Only at a flat rate. No interior access required. Scheduled visit required. Any interview information is conducted over the phone.

  • Interior/Exterior at a flat. Scheduled visit required. Any interview information is conducted on site.

The volume can be sporadic in some areas and would work well for supplementing your existing portfolio of assignments. If you also have commercial experience, we might be able to supplement with those in some areas.

Pay

Sedgwick processes payments weekly and pays inspectors per completed report based on client specifications, specialty, program, location, and other factors. Our typical fee models flat rate per assignment. Most assignments fall within this category and average between $45-$100 per assignment.

NOTE: Criminal and motor vehicle record check, confirmed via a background screening, is required for this position.
