CrossCheck Premium Audit is a small-size premium auditing firm seeking a motivated individual to join
our team as a Remote Premium Auditor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual audits on Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies in accordance with company, industry, and government rules and guidelines.
  • Contacting client policyholders and their agents via phone and email.
  • Evaluating client’s policyholder’s business operations and employee duties to properly classify risks.
  • Examining, verifying, and recording pertinent information from financial records such as payroll reports and general ledgers.
  • Completing detailed and accurate audit reports that are compliant with governing regulatory agencies and independent State bureaus.
  • Maintaining knowledge of all workers' compensation class code changes published by NCCI and State workers' compensation bureaus.
  • Handling inquiries from policyholders, brokers, or carriers regarding audit results.
  • Resolving audit disputes and bureau test audits.
  • Presenting status of audit inventory on a regular basis to management.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • 1 or more years of Premium Audit experience.
  • A functional home office and Laptop running Windows 10.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
  • Strong problem solving, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
  • Excellent time management and strong verbal/written communications
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work under limited/remote supervision.
